The 2013 Cam Site Archive: 40+ Sites We Reviewed, Expanded

2013 notes: One of the biggest names in premium camming at the time, with a huge, loyal following on both sides of the camera. Our review called it “the gargantuan iFriends.net.”
Now: Shut down for good on October 17, 2018, after 20 years online. Watch out for sites still using the name today — that’s not the original operation.

2013 notes: Popular from 2008 through its 2011 peak, but by the time we reviewed it the model counter was stuck at “0/909,” free chat wouldn’t load, and the last news update was over a year old — while it was apparently still taking registrations.
Now: No sign it’s operating today, which matches what we suspected back then.

One of the most recognisable domains in adult entertainment (registered 1996), but sat parked and unused for years before finally launching as a real cam site in 2008.

Launched 2011 as an offshoot of Cams.com, sharing much of its parent’s feature set and category structure.

Deliberately small and curated since 2004 — only a handful of hand-picked models online at once, backed by a large archive of photos, videos, and recorded shows.

Dating back to 2001, one of the more established names in the archive, with a notably longer free preview than most competitors offered.

Notable at the time as one of the only dedicated trans/shemale cam sites that wasn’t simply a niche offshoot of a larger general-audience platform.

Italian-market cam site launched 2005 (“Ragazze in vendita” translates to “girls for sale”), based in the EU with localised translation for Italian visitors.
